What services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of notary services, including loan signings, trust delivery ceremonies, hospitals, senior, long and short term care facilities, estate planning document signings, Power of Attorney and Advanced Healthcare Directives. We offer remote online notarizations (RON), capable of signing your documents from any location in the United States. Please confirm that your documents are accepted in your location.

We are certified, bonded, insured and background checked, ensuring professional and accurate handling of all your notary needs.

What are your fees?

Our notary fees are determined and set by the State of Illinois. However, if we incur travel or other non-notarial fees, our charges are competitive and negotiable before you commit to a notary appointment. 

For trust and loan signings, we often negotiate a fixed price to keep things simple.

Fees for RON sessions are typically lower due to no travel and other incidentals, like document printing, etc.

What are your business hours?

Our business hours are shown on our calendar. Monday through Saturday from 11:00 to 19:00 most days.

We are closed on Sunday. Additional fees will be incurred for weekend appointments.

How Do I Pay You?

We accept Zelle, Major Credit Cards or Cash.

How can I schedule a MOBILE appointment?

We primarily service MOBILE Notary clients in the Orland Park and Southwest suburbs of Cook County only.

What Do I Need to Have my Documents Notarized?

ATEAM Notary Services offers MOBILE notary services in Orland Park, IL and the surrounding suburbs, We ask that you present current acceptable identification (Driver License, Passport, Government ID with photo) as the time of your appointment. If you need witnesses, please provide your own witnesses with similar ID at the time of the signing. Full payment is due upon completion of the notarization.
